I'll hopefully get on it tomorrow or later tonight.Well, one way that I do so, is by clicking on "Edit > Copy To..." and then saving the chunks as a PNG file. You can speed this up a whole lot by clicking on "View > Block Size > Full Canvas" (uncheck it, in other words), and then clicking on the "Increase Width" button a bunch of times, so that you get something like this:
Then, the "Copy To..." will save all of the window's contents into a separate PNG file, which you can then open up in Photoshop (or any other graphics editing program). Afterwards, all you need to do is assemble the sprites. (You'll might need to save copies of the image with different palettes, like with Meta Knight's sword or something like that.)
