Okay I'm running into a bit of a problem. When I'm looking at Dedede's sheet in TM, it's filled with random lines that shouldn't be there. For example, when I should have something like this:
I instead get something like this:
Incidentally it's screwing up the pallet frames too. Any idea how to fix this?
I noticed that when I was scrolling through it as well. Apparently it just happens gradually as you scroll through the document. My guess is you'll just have to keep pushing the 'byte forward' button as you scroll through instead of just pressing it a few times once in the very beginning.

Yeah, I'll help look for it.
EDIT: I don't think there is a palette in either of the Dedede files. I'm pretty sure they're hidden in their own file separated from the others...
EDIT: Yeah. Your best bet is going to be ripping Dedede with some sort of made-up palette that you make so you can reasonably distinguish one thing from the next, compile the sheet, take a screenshot of Dedede (with the correct colors of course), and then use some sort of color replacement program to recolor the entire document for you. I can link you to one if you want.
