Novaking's drawing looks like an evolution of Toxicroak and I thought we weren't making evolutions from previous gens. It would be good if we could, though, because I have tons of ideas

I also say, maybe thin out the tail, it looks too much like a raccoon/red panda tail. Make it more rat-like, and i would change the color of it's nose, or make the very edge before it touches its face red or orange.

EDIT: I did a few changes like Koopaul Posted above about the frilled lizard, so yeah...



I still need an answer about which green is better or the original....

EDIT2: I got an idea for one fossil pokemon, how about a spinosaurus, it could be a rock/water(like the pre-historic sea turtle from b/w), or maybe even rock/ground

I think that the top green is better, but that's just my opinion
