SEGA GAMES
they usually have really good music, even if the game itself is terrible (like NiGHTS Journey of Dreams and some Sonic games)
Sonic series, the Jet Set series, NiGHTS into Dreams and Journey of Dreams, ALL DAYTONA USA GAMES (grab the Let's Go Away CD box, it has all Daytona USA games' soundtracks there and a few extras), Outrun series, Panzer Dragoon... And a lot of other soundtracks that I either forgot or I still need to check them out.
You can't go wrong with Kirby either.
