They need their revenge palette as well as their normal one. If you need a screenshot let me know.

I'll get back to work on Galacta Knight then.
Solink: The beginning of the palette in boss files is usually near the beginning of the file. You should see some junk at first, then you'll see some lines, and then you'll see just a few (usually four or so, but maybe more) blocks of 'junk' after the lines. It's this 'junk' after the lines that is the palette.
Though, some bosses don't have any palettes in their files. It an be confusing sometimes.
