I think that renders the point of submitting it to tSR almost useless.

The thing is I have legit sprites that use these effects and I was wondering if I were to submit or sprite discuss my sprites, should I not include the effects I make for them? If not so be it. But it would be awesome if I could. have a lot of great stuff; sprites and effects alike.
What made me curious was sheets like this:

Now, I know they're from actual games but they seem to be vector graphics as well.
