What did we decide again? Sword or Axe? if it's a sword, that pose is fine I think. Doesn't look like he's tea-bagging really, he's just energetically prepared to strike/be striked. 
If it's an axe, I don't think that pose would work all that well. It'd be much cooler (and make more sense for that matter) to have him just standing there, all relaxed with some massive axe over his shoulder.
