It's a toss up between ccoffee table, for his excellent ninja, Fuchikoma for the stylish upgrades and clever use of palettes, and Starpower because I am a Megaman fan and I love what he did! In the end I will go with ccoffee table for picking a cool palette along with his amazing workmanship(pixelmanship?). (I need to get an eye for this kind of stuff

Honorable mentions to Wes, the style reminds me of "realistic" paintings/3d models of cartoon characters and X Gamer 66, the attempt is good, but I think the cartoony look detracts from it.
