Did you rip these models or someone else? If somebody else did it, I don't know of they'll take it as a submission if that's what you plan on doing. Im guessing you haven't heard of a program called infranview, look it up and download it to convert the textures from dds to png or bmp. Make sure you save those textures to the same directory of the dds folder. If your rip is an obj, it should have a mtl file. You'll have to edit it in notepad and change the dds to the new format.
