hmmm, i think the main problem with the lip-synch is you're following your phonemes way too strictly.
for example, strictly speaking, the W and Y should look like that, but then they're both open-mouth positions.
i suggest making the Y a long E instead, with the teeth gritted.
also, i know it's very tempting to assign one frame to each letter, but you have to remember that we give more emphasis on some syllables than others (it's also my way of saying syllables>letters)
using one of my old flash's as an example:
