Then you're both at 1 HP and you use Quick Attack for a cheap instant kill. The name FEAR refers to F for Focus Sash, E for Endeavor, A for quick Attack, and R for Rattatta. but you can do it with many Pokemon, as long as they can learn An increased priority move and Endeavor.
