i believe the attachment system has a limit of 1mb for each user.
though, again, the restif the file hosting sites should cover your needs UNLESS for some reason your computer has scripts blocked wich may cause the problems.
see if you can email yourself the file, if not, we'll then you'd better use another compuetr. and more organization.
