More Soul Calibur IV stuff. These are some pretty damn cool stages, but unfortunately like most Soul Calibur IV levels they're in a bunch of pieces making it difficult to use them as they are ingame. There's some cool stuff in there you could probably use even if you don't feel like assembling the stage though like the ships, background textures and whatnot.
For an idea of how messed up these look though without fixing 'em up, here's the preview picture for one of them:
