There seems to be a lot of contrast between the blue shades on Sneasel, don't you think?
Maybe if you add one more "in between" shade that will also smoothen it all out as well as bringing it together. It's like AAing or something. (Probably is exactly AAing.)

But if you want the style to stick with two, that's understandable.

Any maybe you could put a shine spot on Voltorb.
