yeah in sandstorm technically, but as long as you don't pack sandstream/ sand veil then its perfectly fine

nope
only using sleep status moves on your opponent counts

gonna have to use the honor system guys, since theres no way for me to find out other then battle videos
you guys can break sleep or acc clauses if you and your opponent agree on it, but just know if nothing specified these are the default rules
