It's probably just that no one's found the time to make the icons themselves. I'm sure if you went ahead and made some, they'd be put right up there.

kind of like how it's not required to make icons for sprite sheets you submit, but if you don't, they don't get put online quite as fast

We even did a couple icons for those sessions long time ago in a separated topic. Last year, I believe. Koopaul and myself did many of them, and some other people contributed too
I still got the icons I did uploaded
