with my crappy rigging skill, all my misknowledge of blender and not having a better 3D ripping program than just 3D Ripper DX?
I can't find reasonable only for having only a few pokemon (Most legendaries) from pokepark. just to be sincere. I will not complain of the rule, Just please, say to me what Should I do to get my rigged Eevee and all it's 7 Evolution models, please provide me the info about programs required, (I will find them as well as the emulator and ISO by myself) and I will never bother all of you with my requests.

Well, for starters, you'll want the two archives from this post.
Second, I'll recommend you download and install Blender 2.49b. A quick Google search will reveal where you get that from.
Finally, you will want an MD5Mesh import script for Blender. This is what I use.
The flow is very simple:
- Open the 133 - Eevee file in BRRES Viewer, and double-click the model name.
- There should be an option in the top of the preview window to export to two formats. Choose MD5, then save it to wherever you like.
- Next, right-click the textures in the file contents window, and export them to PNG, and put them in the same directory as the model.
- Start Blender, then right-click the top and select Split Area to create another window. Make this a Text Editor.
- Open the MD5 importer script in it, and then use File > Run Script. You should see it turn into an import dialog.
- Click Browse next to the MD5Mesh area, and open the model. Leave the MD5Anim part alone, unless you exported an animation and want to use it as well. I personally use a Bone Size of 1.0, and a scale of .10 (click inside the field to type these in), but you can use the defaults if you like.
- Finally, click Import. The model will appear in the 3D view, but untextured. From there, you can apply textures or do anything you like with the model.
