Well that's funny, 'coz I have Spritesheets that were around since 2007 with the same color paletes.
If you compare the color palette of the Terriermon in the sheet and the one from the screenshot, you'll find that they are indeed different.

Again, The character Henry doesn't appear in-battle in Digimon Battle Spirit, only Rika does.
If Lee ripped these, then he'd be able to provide the sheets with the proper palettes and sprite sets.
Here are the sheets found on a site known as "The Digimon Sprite Toolbox" which was last updated August 9, 2007

Lopmon(The version appearing in the game with the proper character select tablet)
Lopmon This one is a different color scheme made for the Digimon Tamers Lopmon

If he had ripped the sprites, he would have known that these are not the original colors and that they're palette edits to make the sprites closer to the colors of the Anime Digimon.
