I'd recommend Blazblue, but that's for PS360.
For emulation, Darkstalkers 3. Sweet music, great characters, fun. Combat is a bit more complicated than Street Fighter. Marvel vs Capcom 2 is also very fun but pretty imbalanced and crazy.
if you just want mindless noncompetitive fun, try Soul Calibur, DBZ: Budokai 3, or Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee.
