Rev Up Those Sonic Cycles

Demo's out on XBLA (Gold Membership only so far) and PSN.

Apparently the demo only includes Classic Sonic (gay, they said both Sonics would be in).

Most people on Retro had the same complaints, which were how scripted a lot of the things are (every spring has a scripted height, jumping off platforms have a set height (???), and sonic will automatically decrease speed when he gets to certain parts), how stiff Sonic handles, how useless rolling is, and how incredibly overpowered the Spin-Dash is. The Spin-Dash and the rolling are more ridiculous than how Sonic 4 handled them, come on!

I also heard jumping feels sticky and delayed a bit.

Anyways, Dusk Golem from Sonic Retro says:

Guys, prepared to be mindfucked. People looking through the Demo assets have confirmed that the Modern Sonic stage is in the demo, just locked off. And that's not all. ALL of the City Escape assets, yes even the whole stages, are in the demo, just not accessible.

It looks like Knuckles is for some reason in the directory, which suggests he might be playable but that is not confirmed. Also found as well are models for Modern and Classic Super Sonic.

Obviously Knuckles WILL NOT be playable, Sega's said over and over BEFORE E3 that the home console versions will only be 1-Player, and only Sonic with himself; but many other characters will appear for plot.
