I say I have another suggestion for how TUGS could work.
A preliminary round determines how good you are. Ok, so no difference there.
I suggest I give the preliminary round should be done between the deadline for signing up and the beginning of TUGS.
You will then be ranked in a list of duels- the more experienced spriters go at the top, the less experienced at the bottom.
If you win your duel, you'll go up in the list. If you lose your duel, you go down and you'll have to wait the following round to sprite.
Nobody is eliminated.
The winner is the highest person on the list at the end of the tournament.

As for the amount of time TUGS lasts: I could make it start the 15th of July and finish the 17th of August? This gives us about a month. I think I'll be busy before the 15th of July, I'll have to talk about it with my parents. Please tell me when I can fit this in. :/
Oh, and I plan on finishing TUGS.
