She's talking about sexism, a problem that is female oriented because we are in a male-dominated world. This is a fact.
Speaking from the perspective of an open-minded, straight member of the male gender, Gillian is not being sexist towards men by describing sexism that is done by men.
I honestly don't understand why this is so hard to grasp for anybody. Really, I don't. It's legitimately mindboggling.
