hey I can finally go "in your fucking face" whenever anyone ever calls me out for "bitching too much about sonic"
a lot of these posts seem to me about people being biased and "well this didn't live up to the hype"
I mean, I hated games like Sonic 4, Sonic Heroes and Shadow the Hedgehog, but I probably wouldn't put them in my list of top 10 worst videogames, because although I hate them with a passion, I hate them for what they tried to be or tried to sell to me, that does not make them necessarily a bad game. They're bad, but they aren't the worst thing. Nor I would put in my list an RPG or a game of a genre that I can't play well, etc. I understand that maybe it wouldn't be fun if everyone posted "Big Rigs" and anything, and it might be more interesting if everyone posted games that disappointed them the most, but still, although it is ~your opinion~ I can't help but feel that some of you and some of these choices are extremely immature or are based upon one lens only instead of actually analyzing the game as a whole
As for me, idk. When I play a really bad game I just shut it off and forget about it. Maybe Sonic and the Black Knight, which is a game that I actually remember because I played it until I cleared it (proving to a dumb guy that was praising it for all sorts of things that the game didn't even had that anyone can beat the game in less than two hours really easily). I hate how you can clear half the stages by just holding forward. It takes Secret Rings and gives it less linear controls, but a fuckton linear gameplay and stages that are nothing but a flat surface with scripted events and enemies in determined points of it.
