World 8-F3 (Lolo's Castle) by Del and others:
Quote:LoLo, also known as Lololo, is a character that was originated in the Eggerland series (by HAL Laboratory), where he was the main playable character. The series also had three games on the NES (Adventures of LoLo 1, 2 and 3). Later in 1992, LoLo was moved into Kirby's franchise, but here he was one of the bosses, appearing for the first time in Kirby's Dreamland; however, he was renamed to Lololo, making this character a different one.
In Mushroom Kingdom Fusion, LoLo's Castle will be a level that fuses both incarnations into one. The level is basically divided in two. The first part is heavily based on Kirby's Castle Lololo, and it has most of its original enemies in it such as Chuckie, Two Face, Mumbies, Flapper, etc. Later you will encounter LoLo and LaLa, who will fight you in an attempt to defend their castle. Their patterns are very similar to the originals, but it's adapted and balanced to work with MKF's mechanics and difficulty.
Once you defeat them, they will explain they were being controlled by King Egger, the original and main villain of the Eggerland series, who took over LoLo's Castle. From this point, the level will be based on LoLo's original series, which were more focused around puzzle solving. LoLo and LaLa will join you in the fight, assisting with their magic turning enemies into eggs you can use to solve various puzzles around. Various popular enemies from there such as the Medusa Statues, Snakey, Rocky and Gol will come back.
Music:
-Castle Lololo's theme (which for some reason now is also used for Dynablade in the latest Kirby games)
-Boss Battle theme (from Kirby: Nightmare in Dreamland)
-Adventures of LoLo 1, 2 and 3's main themes.
Note: it's possible that not all the music shown in the video will be used in the end.
Developed and recorded by Del.
Special thanks to Captain Cook for helping coding some of the objects/enemies, and Din for coding the first Boss Battle and some more enemies; to Rockman (aka Firamage) for reshading most of the sprites, and Moneyman and WhiteRoseBrian for helping with some more sprites too.
