Iwata and other Nintendo execs are willingly taking a pay cut for the 3DS's rocky start, rather than lay off members of their staff.

Oh man, I really wish that more people had this kind of work ethic.

Seriously, I respected Nintendo before, but it was never because of their ethics. I just never considered that. But now? Jesus, I love them even more now.
