Hm, I'm in seventh for this ranking. I can easily see that mine was pretty gradient-tastic, I was kinda stuck on shading some areas (LOOKING AT THAT TAIL FIN GRR) and actually didn't know how to execute the darker shades without there being some gradient effect going on (unless I used fewer shades?). Had a bit of a trial making everything look right. Otherwise I'm glad you like the face and a Milotic was the best idea I had at the time (I'm not very creative these days...).
