Back on Topic I found this While Googling around.

Its a DC Sa2 Model Ripper!

It can Rip Stages and Charater Models to a point as well
Just Drag and Drop the Bin File that is Decomp'd out of the PRS File
type 0 then y and it should pop out out.obj (Only 3dsMax and Import the Outed .obj)
for characters it should contain all the LOD's so it'd have to be cleaned up a bit befor submitting.
