Which pokemon could do with a type change?

Quote:Now let's break down how Grass/Dragon, Fire/Dark and Water/Fighting work for each other.

-Water/Fighting is advantageous in both respects to Fire/Dark

-Grass/Dragon has normal advantages to Water/Fighting

-Grass/Dragon makes Fire normally effective and Water even less effective.

What isn't working in this scenario especially is Fire/Dark. It won't put a MAJOR dent in what it is supposed to be effective against, and furthermore it is twice as prone to what it's already prone to. The only way to balance it out is to make Grass/Dragon's stats suck, but then you have a pokemon that just sucks because when something it's supposed to be weak against actually comes, Ice for example, it is just totally screwed no matter what.

make fire/dark into a fire/ice pokemon

give all of the types a completely unique signature move that can be both types.

problem solved.

think about it for a second, it wouldn't be a completely arsed set of starters granted certain circumstances

grass/dragon would be completely weak to fire/ice (if you give it a few flying moves in it's movepool) yet have an advantage to water/fighting.
fire/ice would be weak to water/fighting completely, but not to grass/dragon.
water/fighting can be taken out by grass/dragon (see above), however it can own fire ice.

You have to consider other factors before you can make a decent set of starter evos, reason why I said put in some flying moves is because it would help balance out each pokemon's weaknesses.
