First ever sprite

I am a thirteen year old programmer turned spriter. I have fallen in love with spriteing. Its much more fun than drawing with a pencil. Here is my first ever sprite. It was made on paint.net and I just started drawing and didn't stop till I finished.

Here it is.



If you cant tell its a guy in a bobble hat. It looks in no way like me.

Also it has no body. This was not on purpose it was a lot to do with me running out of space and not knowing how to draw clothes and limbs.

Also I don't really like the nose so any tips on how to draw body's and nose's please feel free to link me to a thread or somthing!

I like your attitude man, I feel like you'll be just fine here. As for the body, I map out a pose by stick figuring it actually, then I begin to flesh it out piece by piece.
