the problem of the black model its only in obj file, in someone character archive is present a smd file or other formact, and in this formact dont is present the problem of black model

I have understand how to removing the black part is very simple
, but have a problem, in game the model continues to remain black, this is the result:

anyone can help me to solve the problem, i use milkshape and 3ds max 2009
