Double Dragon II: The Revenge (Other Systems)
Enemies and Bosses
Yay for in game sprite viewer, the problem is that the sprite viewer doesn't have every sprite in the game especially with Billy and Jimmy just showing some garbage on the poses where you're getting grabbed by an enemy. Anyway the PC Engine/TurboGrafx CD version is a really good game and it's pretty much based off the NES version with upgraded graphics, different music and some extras like the return of Willy as a boss.
Riot Zone (Other Systems)
Playable Characters
Like Double Dragon 2, this is one of the few beat em ups on the system and again it's quite good despite being a rip off of Final Fight (actually this is a partial port of Riot City due to that Westone and Hudson have some sort of agreement with Sega that in most cases the game can be ported but they would have to change graphics, characters and music due to that Sega owns them but Westone owns the programming; also see the Wonder Boy/Adventure Island series) and only 1 player. Apart from these two and River City Ransom, I can't think of any other beat em up for the system...
TaleSpin (Other Systems)
Playable Character
Oh dear... I thought this would be a quick and easy rip due to that the sprites were in the ROM but it turns out to be some sprites in game that weren't in the ROM due to compression... I think that I have them all, if not let me know. The game is pretty painful to play and unable to get far in the game.
I don't think that I would do many PC Engine/TurboGrafx card rips due to that in most cases you can't rip from the ROM and a savestate only loads so many poses (TaleSpin, Shibibinman, Bonk's Adventure, Shinobi) or in the case of New Adventure Island, only one pose at a time. Some games as far as I know can't even be ripped like Jackie Chan's Action Kung Fu, Power Drift and Makai Prince Dorobochan (Spike McFang) due to supporting a slightly different video mode. Plus yy-chr doesn't support palette files unless it is from a SNES emulator so the palette would have to be recreated.
