Custom sprite help

First off, sorry if this is the wrong place for this thread, but it seemed like it would fit here anyways. I have been using this program http://sprites.caustik.com/ which allows my sprites to run around all over the screen. The problem is, I can not create a sprite that actually works with the program. If anyone else has any luck creating one that works it'd be cool of you to help out.
