Yeah, it'd be a good idea to read them carefully before posting again.
Have you seen the time on the left side of each post (say, "Today 11:01 AM")? If you see that the last post made in a thread was back a month or more ago, please don't post in it as it means you're bumping (or necroposting) an old thread, which is breaking one of the rules, and the mods warn you for doing that.
You don't have to worry too much about the warn, as long as you try to be careful about looking at the date of each post. This keeps old threads from getting mixed with newer ones (this doesn't apply to topics under "Important Threads" though).
If you have a question, and can't find an answer by looking around, then you can make a new thread, or post in "How do you rip Models". Hope that helps.
