To be perfectly honest I think you might want to rethink how you approach pixel art before you continue on.
These pieces are pretty terrible, Like gorsal said you need to look at the definitions of pixel art/sprites so you can get a better idea of what makes pixel art "pixel art". I think you should also look up other sprite styles solely for reference and nothing else (when I say this I mean don't do edits at all). This way you can better get an idea of how it works and possibly develop your own style that's actually decent.
