Pretty sure it's come up before,
but the 20 posts to make request rule is ridiculous.

There's one or two members joining a day and then spamming to get to 20 posts to get their requests, some of which are threads that are already requests where they get told to just have 20 posts.


Rule should be stricter.

Agreed. Something such as being on the forums for a certain amount of time (a month or two, for example) should be added in, so that people don't just spam 20 posts then put up a request.
