On the subject of spamming to 20 posts, people are actually unable to post in the requests thread before they hit 20, correct? It's not just a rule that people tend to ignore? I know that this is how it's set up but I want to be sure it's actually working.

Requests are more commonly found in the Game Development and Sprite and Pixel Art (especially Project) sections, despite that there's an actual section for requests titled Requests.

I'm not in the Ripping section at all, but I'm just going to assume people ask for shit there outside of the section, too.
