FPS? Have you ever played Devil May Cry? Also, I like his new design a lot.

Yes. Last I checked, Devil May Cry played at 60 FPS. The new DmC was reported to play at 30 FPS, though I guess it's subject to change. One of the few redeemable qualities in my opinion was the fact the game ran quite quickly and smoothly.

...Oh I think you got your FPS confused. lol It's understandable, what with the current FPS/TPS fad going on. But no I meant frames per second.

Call of Duty runs at 60 FPS, and it's still an incredibly sub mediocre game.
Also, You made it sound as if you were calling it a First Person Shooter. You really need to specify what you're actually talking about.
