PNG textures I know how to do, but should I bother about the animations? It also has these checkboxes, "Flip UV's", "Rotate 90", "No geometry", "No textures", and "No animations". Should I mess with any of these? I'd also like to make a preview image, but how do I get an image of the model so I can put it on the preview background?
I don't usually keep the animations. And for model formats I usually export as .smd, .obj and .dae. I've been leaving the .psk in as well.
You should check "Flip UV's" because otherwise the textures will display like they did on Master Pichu when in a modeling program like Blender or C3D. I don't toach the "Rotate 90" because that will make the model flip. "No geometry" makes the program not export the model. "No textures" means no textures in the export. "No animations" is no animation exports.
For the picture You can open the model in a modeling program and render it. Or You can leave the model in noesis and just hit Print Screen on Your keyboard to save the screen to the clipboard. Then paste it into something like Gimp or Paint.
If You need me to make a video, I'll do that.
