This guy from college keeps trying to ask me to hang out with him

I just met this guy, and he's...a little creepy, to be honest. But he just won't take no for an answer! I'm trying to let him down easy, but if he won't stop trying, then I might be forced into cruelty. If only I had the heart to be blunt about it.

Try not to feel too bad if you end up having to be blunt with him. There are way too many people who seem to think that if you say no but you're nice about it, you're just ~playing hard to get~ or something. You have to be harsh with people like that honestly.
