what??? what the fuck are you talking about? mario party advance was EASILY the worst out of them all.
just because you don't have people to play with and are forced to resort to a single-player experience doesn't mean that the others are "unoriginal"

The thing about Mario Party Advanced was that, if you bought the game with the box, it came with a fold-out "board" and you can "play" a Mario Party-style game. If you can call it that.

Now, sticking with the fact that we are now determining another genre, don't be caught playing a NASCAR game. I swear: I played NASCAR 98, and for the life of me, I couldn't dent anybody. If I wanted to cause a crash, I would have my car, and only my car, totaled. All the others would come out in near-showfloor condition. Also, I'm not fond of golf simulators, except if they allow you to hit into the parking lot.

I don't think much of Sports games, but I tend to have a sweet spot for the FIFA series, mainly if they are ones with MLS teams in (I'm a member of the Texian Army's legion of Houston Dynamo fans).

Not that I own any NASCAR games or anything >.> but the wrecks are totally more realistic in the newer editions. BUt the core gameplay bores me to tears.

I think arcade style Sports games like the Mario sports titles, the Tony Hawk games and the Street series are all really fun but more traditional games are a bore and are more complicated than they need to be. Plus they're the same damn game every year! But I'm not a sports fan, so I'm clearly not the target demographic.
