Yeahhhhh a lot of points I wanted to say were already made, so I'll just regurgitate what I want to say:
I see nothing wrong with being a fan of anything; hell, support the franchise, yeah man, cool.
The problem lies in how far you want to support said franchise. Like, say, being an insufferable asshole, or making it a point that your every-day routine MUST involve your franchise in some way. Yeah, cool, I like TF2 too, and I like that TF2-related shirt you're wearing, but for the love of god please stop quoting the characters at every opportunity, it's not funny.
Really I just don't care, you want to like something, you want to consider yourself a fanboy, I can't do anything to change you since that's your choice, buddy. Just stop trying to convert me or try to discuss said fanboyism with me when I'm trying to get some work done.
