The issue is that the sizes in M&L
S, SMB3, and SMW are inaccurate or outdated, so, as far as the koopalings go, NSMBWii is the best bet. As for Bowser, it was mainly a matter of making him taller than the Koopalings, but short enough to work in the planned method of battle, which involves being able to jump over him (as apposed to NSMBWii which made you go under him). So in the end, this is as accurate as they will get. The Koopalings are, based on their current designs, about spot on compared to Mario, and Bowser is, well, Bowser is always changing size so who really cares.
