I've seen worse sheets, like this:

if you ban me for putting these sprites here, i don't care! apparently everything i try fail.

These are old sheets and the submission standards are higher now. If you want to put this one on TSR, you should improve. I would recommend to get some references (maybe the PSP versions) and study how the spriters made the cloaks.
