That's do to how the model was made. The alpha channel is set the same for both arms and legs even though the model doesn't have anything underneath both legs and arms. You could use the Undamaged textures on the pieces that shouldn't be damaged. Or just don't use the damaged textures at all. Also the faces of the model are only visible from one side.

Hey everyone! I have some Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood models from the PSP. Enjoy, there are more to come.
Hello!
just wanna ask a question right here cause you ripped from psp.
You think it could be possible to rip From God of war using your technique ?
I heard these games are pretty hard to rip from
this tool that Dazz posted is what I used to extract the models. Just drag the model file onto this and it will extract it, if the file is built the same way as the FMA models are.
Use Noesis to export as another file format. If the previous worked.
Here's how to use Noesis.
1. first open Noesis.
2. Go to File> Open file.
3. Locate the Model file and open it.
4. Go to File> Export.
5. change *main output type:* to something that supports bones. smd, dae, fbx, md5mesh or leave it as obj.
6. Check Flip UV's so that other programs read the textures correctly.
7. Click OK. Now the model is exported.
