it's more the pallet swaps it looks like.
my only theory is that at one point in the game's development they decided to use a different look for Ultima Weapon then the one from KH1 (which might explain why the Kingdom Hearts Master Arms collection comes with two versions of Ultima) so the keyblades are most likely left over data from the old version. perhaps even they had thought to include One-Winged Angel or Diamond Dust in the game. what ever the reason it was dropped and we the hackers and rippers of the world are stuck studying the secrets of Kingdom Hearts through the many lines of code.
on a really cool note I'm actually makeing REALLY good progress on my Destiny Island stage. It helps that the MMD stage that I'm putting the parts on resembles a possible real world version of the Island to begin with, but now with these parts I'm makeing it look more and More like the island. If you can find the raft or any ladders I can finish Paopu Island or riku and kairi's boats I could finish the dock. any of the giant trees from the background would be use full as well.
