i have blood poop sometimes. but it never comes out with the poop. sometimes when i poop and i wipe there is a little bit of blood on the last few pieces of toilet paper. thats prob not too good

I get this too. The most likely cause is tearing of the anal tissue. This is even more true if you're using coarse toilet paper or wiping too hard or too much.
