I am listening to the music.
What does he use for composing, and what's the file format? .oggs? midi? This is sound really like a midi, and some tracks aren't that good, principally the first track. Compare with the original, it has notes in misplaced time and it could be better overall.
Not to say that mispelling on the name makes me a little sad, but that's not the main issue.
I find it hard to do but if someone could rip MOTHER 3's instrument samples, that would work wonders. Also studying Keiichi Suzuki/Hirokazu Tanaka/Shogo Sakai's music style.
