Going through my usual Postal Service period of listening. Fucking love this project, but I've not yet listened to his other music (Death Cab for Cutie and Dntel) but I'm not going through those to see if it's my cup of tea.
For those who don't know, The Postal Service released 1 album called Give Up, which was made by two dudes, one who did all the instrumental stuff, and another who edited it all to how he thought would sound good and sang over the top of it. They supplied stuff to each other through the post, thus the name of the band.
I discovered them about 3 years ago, and genuinely one of the best finds I've made in music of the last 10 years. No joke.
Also, if anyone says "This sounds like they copied Owl City" I'll tell you now that these guys were around first.
