hi i'm tryint to convert envy into xnalara, but theres no normal model of him and it look like all the models are together and his eye are in his head and some damaged parts i can't delete

What do you mean there's no normal model?

The damaged parts are just textures with alpha, I included a undamaged version of the textures.

The eyes are in his head, because that's how the games does things.
