You actually did decent work on the dragon head and shuriken, but everything else still needs a lot of work. 
As he looks now, he just looks like a blue man and nothing much like Tabuu.
Some c+c on the newest stuff would be some unusual additions of darker shade pixels here and there that you put that's throwing things off. :/ Otherwise, they do look okay.
